Berlin, April 22, 2026: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh engaged with members of the Indian community in Berlin during the opening day of his official visit to Germany, acknowledging their significant contribution in strengthening ties between the two nations.

Addressing a gathering of around three lakh Indians residing in Germany, he described the diaspora as a powerful connecting force that has played an important role across sectors such as technology, healthcare, business, academics and the arts.
