Noida, November 4: Mayoor School, Noida, has brought immense pride to the nation by being selected among the Top 8 schools globally to participate in the 9th Edition of the 1M1B Impact Summit 2025, scheduled to be held at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva on November 7.

The school holds the distinction of being the only institution from Uttar Pradesh to be selected for this global event, joining esteemed schools from Delhi, Haryana, and Dubai.

A team of seven students — six from Class XII and one from Class X — will present their research project on “Ocean and Water Health – SDG 14”. Their work focuses on marine conservation and water sustainability, driven by innovative and student-led solutions to address pressing environmental challenges.

The 1M1B (One Million for One Billion) Foundation, a United Nations–accredited non-profit organization, aims to inspire and empower youth to create a positive impact on society. Its annual Impact Summit provides young changemakers a prestigious platform to showcase their sustainability projects before global policymakers and thought leaders.

The event will feature eminent international dignitaries and keynote speakers, offering participants an unparalleled opportunity to advocate for a sustainable future on a world stage.
