Faridabad : Delhi Scholars International School, Sector-88, Greater Faridabad, witnessed a moment of immense pride and promise on 26 August 2026, as the school hosted its Grand Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27. The august occasion marked the formal entrustment of leadership responsibilities to the newly elected Student Council, Sports and Discipline Committee.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of T. S. Dalal, Chairman, Delhi Scholars International School, as the Chief Guest. Mr. Prayas Dalal, Director, along with the Principal, faculty members and students, added dignity and grandeur to the occasion.

The newly elected student leaders were ceremoniously administered the Oath of Office, pledging to uphold the values, ethos and traditions of the institution. Badges and sashes were presented to the office-bearers, symbolising not merely authority, but the trust and responsibility entrusted to their young shoulders.
The newly appointed Student Council comprises Lakshita Krishnani as President, Ayushi as Vice-President, Yash Bansal as Head Boy and Yashika Trivedi as Head Girl, with Tanmay Jangra and Preksha taking charge as Vice Head Boy and Vice Head Girl respectively.
Leadership responsibilities were also bestowed upon the captains and vice-captains of the four proud Houses—Chenab, Jhelum, Ravi and Sutlej—who will carry forward the spirit of camaraderie, healthy competition and collective excellence throughout the academic year.
Addressing the newly inducted leaders, T. S. Dalal, Chairman, extended his heartfelt felicitations and reminded the young leaders that leadership is not defined by a designation, but by responsibility, discipline and a spirit of service. He emphasised that a true leader not only moves forward with determination but also has the vision and compassion to empower others to rise alongside. Mr. Prayas Dalal, Director, further inspired the students by observing that they had been entrusted not merely with positions, but with faith and responsibility. He urged them to become role models through their conduct, perseverance, hard work and positive outlook, inspiring their peers through actions rather than words alone.
The Investiture Ceremony thus transcended the ceremonial conferring of badges and sashes; it became a solemn celebration of trust, character and leadership. As the newly appointed leaders embark upon their tenure, the DSIS family extends its warmest felicitations and best wishes, trusting that they will lead with integrity, serve with humility, act with courage and leave an indelible imprint on the school’s journey of excellence.
