Greater Noida : Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) Chief Executive Officer Rakesh Kumar Singh conducted an inspection of the 60-meter road along the Yamuna Expressway, accompanied by project department officials. During the visit, it was observed that the 60-meter road was incomplete at 2–3 locations.

Rajendra Bhati, General Manager of the project, informed that consents/affidavits for the remaining sections near Dankaur village, before the Salarpur underpass, have been obtained from farmers by OSD Shailendra Kumar Singh. The tender for construction will be issued soon.

Similarly, consents for the paused sections near Sectors 20 and 21 have been obtained, and construction has commenced. These sections are expected to be blacktopped within a month. Once completed, the 60-meter road will extend from the Greater Noida border through the Yamuna Authority area up to Sector 29.
Consents for the 3-kilometer patch beyond Sector 21 toward the Airport Link Road have been secured by the land records department, and survey work is in progress.

The tender for this section will be issued shortly. CEO Singh instructed officials to prioritize the acquisition of the remaining land for this 3-kilometer stretch to ensure completion by March 2016.
Additionally, near Dayanatpur, this road will be connected to the newly constructed Airport Interchange via a loop.

CEO Singh also inspected the 30-meter road being constructed to the airport cargo area by NHAI. Project and land records departments were directed to survey and prepare a list of affected land parcels for acquisition, ensuring the 130-meter master plan road is connected to Sector 8D, with the NHAI process initiated promptly.

During the return visit, CEO Singh expressed concern over encroachments and ongoing illegal construction along the 30-meter road and green belt in Chapargarh village, Sector 22D.
Officials were instructed to remove encroachments and complete the stalled road construction without delay. The 60-meter and 30-meter roads are crucial for the development of the Yamuna Authority sectors.
