Aksharam School Celebrates Its First Annual Function ‘Srijan-2025’

Faridabad, February 2: The New Education Policy introduced by the government emphasizes learning through play rather than making children mere bookworms. This was stated by HRDA Director and senior IAS officer Vinay Pratap Singh, who attended the annual function of Aksharam School, located in Sector-77, as the chief guest. Addressing parents and attendees, he highlighted the importance of practical knowledge in education.

 

Upon his arrival at the event, school chairman O.P. Parmar welcomed the chief guest with a bouquet. During his speech, Vinay Pratap Singh highly praised the performances presented by the students, calling them unforgettable.

He emphasized that India’s education system has advanced significantly, eliminating the need for students to seek higher education abroad. Instead, he encouraged schools to identify children’s skills at an early stage and guide them toward subjects they are passionate about, helping shape a talented and energetic future generation.

 

Dr. Jitendra Kumar, Director of Accord Hospital, who attended as the special guest, also appreciated the students’ performance of ‘Srijan’.

Speaking on the occasion, Aksharam School Director Narendra Parmar addressed the guests and parents, stating that the school follows a ‘learning by playing’ approach and uses NCERT books for teaching.

The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including S.S. Gosain from the Haryana Progressive School Conference, educationist T.S. Dalal, Neera Tomar, Kunaljeet Singh (Director, AIECT), former Excise Commissioner Ravindra Singh, Jitendra Parmar, Dr. Subhash Sheoran, B.D. Sharma, Rajdeep Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Prayas Dalal, Dr. Tuli, Hemchand Bhardana, Mumtaz Kanwar, Sachin Panchal, Jitendra Chaudhary, Jatin Chauhan, Gaurav Kumar, Rakesh Kanwar, Pawan Miglani, and Ashwani Panchal.
