Successful E-Auction held for Hotel Plots at Sector-28, YEIDA
Authority secured a total revenue of Rs 122.48 crore from the auction
The Impressive TimesGreater Noida , 9 July , 2024 – Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YIEDA) conducted a successful E-Auction for hotel plots in Sector-28. A total of 05 prime plots, ranging in sizes of 5000 sqcm, 10,000 sqcm, and 20,000 sqcm, were made available for allocation through this process. Despite receiving only 04 applications for 02 plots (5000 sqcm and 10,000 sqcm), the E-Auction proceeded smoothly and transparently on Tuesday. The competitive bidding resulted in a substantial total bid premium of approximately Rs 96.41 crore for the two plots. Remarkably, the Authority secured a total revenue of Rs 122.48 crore from the auction. This successful auction not only marks a milestone in the region’s development but also paves the way for substantial economic growth. The operationalization of these hotel plots is expected to generate significant employment opportunities, contributing to the overall prosperity of the area.
