YEIDA successfully completes Industrial Plot Allotment under Mixed Land Use Scheme in Sector-24
11 successful applicants receive allotment letters from CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh; projects worth Rs.1,000 crore expected to generate 4,500 jobs
The Impressive TimesGreater Noida :The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) successfully concluded the allotment process of industrial plots under the Mixed Land Use (MLU) Scheme No. MLU/2025-26/10 in Sector-24. The scheme was open from May 8, 2025, to July 31, 2025, receiving a total of 30 applications. The authority’s scrutiny committee examined all applications, finding 11 applicants eligible. These applicants participated in interviews and technical presentations on September 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
On September 30, 2025, CEO Rakesh Kumar Singh distributed allotment letters to the successful applicants in the authority’s auditorium. He encouraged the allottees to operationalize their units at the earliest, and the successful applicants assured that their units would be made functional promptly.
This allotment marks a significant step towards establishing Sector-24 as a leading center for industrial development under the Mixed Land Use Scheme.
The 11 allotments are expected to bring investments of approximately Rs.1,000 crore and generate around 4,500 jobs, strengthening the region’s industrial growth and employment opportunities.
