Expect an exciting day for India starting with shooting events. Raiza Dhillon and Maheswari Chauhan will compete in the women’s skeet qualification early on, followed by Manu Bhaker in the women’s 25m pistol final. In archery, Deepika Kumari will seek redemption against Germany’s Michelle Kroppen in the women’s individual 1/8 elimination round, with Bhajan Kaur also competing in the women’s individual event.
Sailing will feature Vishnu Saravanan and Nethra Kumanan in their respective Dinghy races. In boxing, Nishant Dev will face Mexico’s Marco Verde in the men’s welterweight quarter-finals.
India’s medal tally currently stands at three, with Bhaker earning two bronze medals and Swapnil Kusale securing a bronze in shooting.
