Yogi Adityanath Performs Aarti at Ram Temple on Its First Anniversary

Ayodhya, January11, 2025:  Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Ayodhya on Saturday to mark the first anniversary of the consecration of Lord Ram’s idol at the Ram Mandir. The CM landed at the helipad at Ram Katha Park and made his way directly to the Ram Mandir, where he performed aarti and offered prayers to Lord Shri Ram.

During his visit, Yogi Adityanath took a moment to greet the devotees who had gathered along the Janmabhoomi Path, sharing a sense of spirituality with the crowd. At the temple, he performed the formal darshan and pooja of Lord Ram’s idol, participating in the sacred rituals.

In addition to his prayers, CM Yogi met with Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, the head of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, seeking his blessings and discussing matters related to the ongoing developments in Ayodhya. The spiritual leader’s guidance has been instrumental in overseeing the progress of the Ram Mandir construction.

As part of the spiritual observances, the Chief Minister also shared a meal with saints and ascetics, a gesture that deepens his connection with the religious community and symbolizes his respect for the temple’s significance. This visit comes shortly after his previous trip to Ayodhya on January 4, when he engaged with BJP workers, reviewed ongoing developmental projects, and assessed progress in the region.

The CM’s arrival in Ayodhya was met with a warm reception. Local leaders including Mayor Girish Pati Tripathi, MLA Ved Prakash Gupta, and other BJP representatives extended their greetings to the Chief Minister, welcoming him to the sacred city. This visit highlights Yogi Adityanath’s continuous engagement with Ayodhya’s spiritual and developmental affairs, with particular focus on the growth and importance of the Ram Mandir and its surrounding area.

Yogi Adityanath’s presence in Ayodhya on this significant occasion reflects his commitment to enhancing the religious and cultural fabric of the city while ensuring progress in various sectors.
