Faridabad: Deputy Commissioner Ayush Sinha directed revenue officials to ensure the timely disposal of pending and reopened complaints received through the CM Window, Jan Samvad and Samadhan Camps. Reviewing the status of grievances, Action Taken Reports (ATRs), mutations and property-related cases, he said delays would be taken seriously and accountability fixed in pending matters. Officials were instructed to initiate notices, inquiries and other required action without delay and keep complainants informed about the process and expected timeline. He also stressed proper documentation and timely uploading of ATRs instead of verbal assurances. Reviewing property IDs and NDC-related cases, DC directed officials to prevent discrepancies in ownership records and take action against misuse of property IDs. He further ordered priority disposal of overdue complaints and immediate resolution of technical issues affecting mutation cases. The DC said the Revenue Department must provide transparent, accountable, time-bound and quality services to the public. ADC Anjali Shrotriya, CTM Ankit Kumar, DRO Vikas, tehsildars and other concerned officials attended the meeting.
