New Delhi, 17 September 2025 – Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw inaugurated a special series of programmes on DD National and DD News today, marking the Seva Parv celebrations. Promos of the documentaries were released during the event.
Addressing the gathering, Vaishnaw emphasized that the documentaries reflect the spirit of Karmayog and the lifelong dedication of Prime Minister Modi toward nation-building. This commitment, he noted, has contributed to the transformations visible across the country today.
Vaishnaw highlighted that India has witnessed significant progress in its remotest villages over the past 11 years, achieving in a decade what previously took several decades. India has also earned global recognition in technology, social justice, creativity, and inclusive growth. He encouraged everyone to celebrate the spirit of service during Seva Parv and shared that he began the day with a blood donation as a mark of the occasion.
