Social Welfare Minister Shri Ravinder Indraj Singh Held a Public Hearing at BJP State Office

During the hearing, citizens presented their problems, demands, and suggestions. The Cabinet Minister issued necessary instructions to the concerned departments for prompt resolution of the issues raised.
Shri Ravinder Indraj Singh stated that timely redressal of public grievances is the core objective of public service. The government is committed to the welfare of every section of society by adhering to the principles of public participation and transparency.
He also directed officials to give priority to the complaints received during the public hearing and ensure regular reporting on the actions taken. This, he said, would help maintain public trust and transparency in the governance process.
The Social Welfare Minister interacted with the attendees and shared information about various government schemes related to pensions and scholarships, along with upcoming initiatives.
He emphasized that such public hearings reflect the government’s continuous efforts towards social justice and inclusive development.
