PM Must Show Courage & Convey India’s Strong Anger To Trump Over Killing Of 3 Indians: Arvind Kejriwal

NEW DELHI: As Prime Minister Narendra Modi prepares to meet US President Donald Trump at the G7 Summit in France on Wednesday, just a week after a US missile strike on a commercial vessel left three Indian sailors dead, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has urged him to convey India’s strong anger over the killing of the three Indians. Questioning the Prime Minister’s silence on the deaths, the AAP Chief asserted India urgently needs a strong and courageous leader who can firmly represent the country’s sentiments and hold America accountable.

Addressing the Prime Minister in a video message on ‘X’, AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal stated, “Today, you are meeting Trump in France. Please show courage today and convey India’s strong protest and anger over the killing of three Indians. Show the courage to stand firmly before Trump.”

He added, “You did not post even a single tweet on the killing of three Indians, nor did you pray for the peace of the departed souls. Why? India now needs a strong Prime Minister, not a weak one.”

Arvind Kejriwal said, “Today, PM Narendra Modi has a one-to-one meeting with Trump in France. Today, you should tell Trump in clear terms that he has brutally killed three Indians by firing missiles. Convey to him the message of 140 crore Indians that the people of India are extremely angry. India is a great and powerful country. India will not tolerate this at all.”

Addressing PM Modi further, he continued, “Trump got three Indians killed, and you did not even post a single tweet. You did not issue even one message. You did not even pray for the peace of their souls. We need a strong and courageous Prime Minister. We do not need a weak or silent Prime Minister. Today, you will have to convey the anger and grief of the people of India to Trump. Warn Trump in clear terms that Trump and America will have to apologise to the people of India. Otherwise, India is capable of retaliating against America.”

Transporting NEET papers in IAF aircraft and banning Telegram will not stop paper leaks: Arvind Kejriwal

Reacting strongly to the decision to ban the Telegram app across India until 22 June in connection with the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination, the AAP Supremo stated, “The Modi government has no intention of stopping paper leaks. That is why such absurd steps are being taken. Transporting question papers in military aircraft and banning Telegram. Will these measures stop paper leaks? Absolutely not. The paper leak racket is a business worth billions. The money goes right to the top. If paper leaks are stopped, then where will the money come from to buy MLAs and MPs?”
