According to the Prime Minister, Mr. Nayab Singh Saini has achieved remarkable political popularity as Chief Minister in a very short period.

People in Haryana now associate the government with the phrase, “Words and actions alike, no oppression or corruption, thousands of jobs without bribes or influence.” During the Assembly elections, when the Haryana Staff Selection Commission announced the results of over 25,000 Group-C candidates, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini had promised to distribute appointment letters before taking his oath of office. True to his word, on October 17, 2024, Mr. Saini handed appointment letters to 25,000 youths in Panchkula before taking the oath himself.

Development in Narayangarh and Inclusive Leadership
On January 20, 2025, the Chief Minister held a development rally in his hometown Narayangarh, inaugurating and laying the foundation for projects worth over ₹43.50 crore. In an unexpected turn, the rally was addressed by Congress MLA Mrs. Shaili Chaudhary, whose husband, former MLA Mr. Ramkishan Gurjar, has had a long-standing rivalry with Mr. Saini.
