Cyber Registration is a New Era of Transparent and Technology-Driven Governance: MP CM Dr. Mohan Yadav

-Over 75 services including Power of Attorney and Mining Lease now available online; Sampada 2.0 wins National e-Governance Gold Award 2025

Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav inaugurated the Cyber Registration Office at Registration Bhawan, saying the initiative will promote paperless and cashless processes in Madhya Pradesh. He said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, the state is ensuring transparency, efficiency and innovation in governance. After Sampada 1.0 and 2.0, the launch of cyber registration marks a new step in technology-driven administration.

Madhya Pradesh has become the first state to start cyber registration for over 75 services, including loans, Mukhtyarnama, mining leases, affidavits, power of attorney and partnership deeds, through the digital revolution. Government and undertaking transfer documents will also be processed paperlessly. Housing Board and Development Authority transfers will not require visits to registration offices.

Video conferencing with Video KYC will save time and money. Sampada 2.0 has received the National e-Governance Gold Award 2025. Over 14.95 lakh documents have been registered so far. The Cyber Tehsil project has been implemented in 55 districts, enabling revenue partition and mutation through Sampada 2.0. Officials have been directed to meet targets in the current financial year.

Deputy CM and Finance & Commercial Tax Minister Jagdish Devda said Sampada 2.0, implemented in 2024-25, enables digital and paperless registration and e-stamping of movable and immovable property. Pilot projects were first conducted in Guna, Harda, Ratlam and Dindori. Around 14 lakh employees have been trained for error-free implementation. Principal Secretary Amit Rathore, Principal Secretary Raghvendra Singh, Inspector General of Registration and Superintendent of Stamps Amit Tomar were present. Officers from various districts, bank officials, and beneficiaries joined the event virtually.
