New Delhi, August 21, 2026; The Bharatiya Janata Party is set to hold a key organisational meeting in the national capital on August 22 to finalise the schedule and framework for its nationwide ‘Modi@25’ celebrations, marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public life.

The meeting will bring together BJP national president Nitin Nabin, national organisation general secretary BL Santosh and programme in-charge Vinod Tawde. State party presidents, organisational general secretaries and state in-charges are also expected to participate in the deliberations.

The party is planning an extensive public outreach campaign under the banner ‘Seva Sankalp Mahotsav’, with the main celebrations scheduled around October 7, when Modi completes 25 years in public service. The nationwide programme is expected to begin on September 7 and continue for about two weeks.

According to the proposed plan, BJP units across states will conduct activities centred on public service and community engagement. These are expected to include cleanliness campaigns, blood donation initiatives, plantation drives and health camps.

The celebrations will also feature exhibitions documenting Modi’s political journey and key milestones in governance. Digital presentations and photo exhibitions highlighting his years in public life are planned at various locations.

The party is also preparing intellectual and public dialogue programmes focusing on themes such as governance, development and Antyodaya. Interactions involving young people and different sections of society are expected to form another part of the campaign.

Special outreach camps are likely to be organised to inform citizens about government welfare programmes and assist eligible beneficiaries in accessing various schemes.

The BJP’s nationwide initiative is being designed around the broader themes of public service, development, effective governance and welfare, while showcasing Modi’s political journey over the past quarter-century.

Modi entered the top political leadership of Gujarat as Chief Minister in 2001 before moving to national politics. He became Prime Minister in 2014 and has since secured three successive Lok Sabha election victories.
