YEIDA successfully allots 37 industrial plots below 8,000 sqm through e-Auction
Rs. 700 crore investment and 3,000 jobs expected under MSME, Toy, Apparel, and Handicraft Parks in Sectors 29, 32, and 33
The Impressive TimesGreater Noida : Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has successfully completed the e-Auction allotment process of industrial plots below 8,000 sq. meters under scheme number YEA/IND8000(2025-26)-13 for General/MSME Industry, Toy Park, Apparel Park, and Handicraft Park in Sectors 29, 32, and 33.
The scheme was open from May 8, 2025, to July 31, 2025, during which a total of 527 applications were received. Consultant firm M/s USP examined all applications, and 448 applicants were found eligible. These applicants participated in the e-Auction held on September 26, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Through the e-Auction, a total of 37 industrial plots were successfully allotted.
This includes 22 plots for General/MSME Industry, 2 plots for Toy Park, 8 plots for Apparel Park, and 5 plots for Handicraft Park. The allotment marks a significant step towards establishing Uttar Pradesh as a leading hub for MSME industries, toys, apparel, and handicrafts. The 37 allotments are expected to bring investments of approximately Rs.700 crore and generate around 3,000 employment opportunities.
