More than two thousand artworks are being exhibited in the exhibition.

Made the sky a canvas

According to Vinay Kumar, coordinator of the Faculty of Visual Arts, students have showcased some exceptional artworks in the exhibition. Applied art, animation, painting, sculpture, and printmaking can be seen included in this exhibition. In the exhibition, one student has made the sky itself a canvas. They created a special artwork using twig art (pieces of tree branches), which is hung with the help of ropes, and the pieces of branches form letters that can be seen when looking upwards, these words appear in the sky. In addition, students have brilliantly presented female empowerment, rural settings, the sentiment of motherhood, and the magic of letters and colours in their artworks. Behind every artwork lies the thought and a story of the artist who created it, which the students will be present to tell near their artworks. Along with this, models made of clay, clay and cardboard, sculptures made of steel and iron wires, art created from photography and animation, paintings, poster making, and artworks made from waste materials attract attention.

Students worked hard

University Registrar Dr. Gunjan Malik Manocha stated that the artworks displayed in the exhibition were prepared by the students themselves and the entire exhibition was also designed by the students in collaboration with the faculty members. The students have put in hard work for this. For many days, the students have been staying at the university until late in the evening under the supervision of teachers to work. The students prepared the exhibition until 10 to 11 PM. They have appealed to art lovers and the general public to come in large numbers to see this exhibition so that the students’ hard work can be realized.
