Shah Rukh Khan Reveals Poster of Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Kartavya’, Announces Netflix Release Date

Mumbai– Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has unveiled the first poster of Saif Ali Khan’s upcoming thriller Kartavya and confirmed its digital release date. The film, produced under his banner Red Chillies Entertainment, will premiere on Netflix on May 15.

Sharing the announcement on social media, Shah Rukh Khan described the film as an intense journey where every decision carries consequences, building anticipation among fans ahead of its release.

Earlier in the day, Netflix also revealed a striking new poster featuring Saif Ali Khan in a rugged police avatar. With visible injuries and a stern expression, the actor appears alone in a desolate setting, hinting at the film’s dark and emotionally charged narrative.

Directed by Pulkit, Kartavya centers around a police officer grappling with complex moral dilemmas while trying to balance duty and personal life. The storyline explores themes of justice, guilt, power, and the psychological toll of responsibility in a high-stakes environment.

The film boasts a strong supporting cast, including Rasika Dugal, Sanjay Mishra, Zakir Hussain, Manish Chaudhari, and Saurabh Dwivedi in key roles.

Produced by Gauri Khan, the project is expected to deliver a layered narrative combined with intense performances.

On the work front, Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins alongside Jaideep Ahlawat. He is also set to appear next in Haiwaan, directed by Priyadarshan, where he will reunite with Akshay Kumar.
