Parineeti Chopra Celebrates Karwa Chauth at 35,000 Feet with Husband Raghav Chadha

Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra celebrated Karwa Chauth in a special way this year, breaking her fast at 35,000 feet aboard a flight with her husband, politician Raghav Chadha. The actor shared a video of their mid-air celebration on Instagram on Thursday, October 29, giving fans a glimpse of the couple’s festive moment.

In the video, Parineeti and Raghav are seen looking for the moon from the aircraft before she completes the traditional ritual. Raghav helps her break the fast by offering her water and food. Dressed in a traditional outfit and sporting sindoor, Parineeti celebrated the occasion while travelling with her husband.

Sharing the video, Parineeti wrote, “Karwa Chauth is wherever we are. Even if it’s at 35,000 feet!” She also expressed her affection for Raghav, calling him “the best man” and “the best human” and adding, “You make all my dreams come true Ragaji.”

The celebration reminded fans of a similar Karwa Chauth story shared by Parineeti’s cousin, actor Priyanka Chopra. During an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show in 2025, Priyanka revealed that her husband, Nick Jonas, had once taken her on a flight above the clouds so she could see the moon and break her fast when it was hidden by rain and clouds.

Parineeti and Raghav got engaged on May 13, 2023, at Kapurthala House in New Delhi and married on September 24, 2023, at The Leela Palace in Udaipur. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on October 19, 2025.
