Industrialist Rajkumar Jain Oswal to be conferred with the ‘Jain Samaj Ratna’ Honor

Faridabad : Rajkumar Jain Oswal, an industrialist and social worker from Faridabad is set to be honored with the ‘Jain Samaj Ratna’ (Gem of the Jain Community) award in Delhi during the upcoming Bhagwan Mahavir Janma Kalyanak Mahotsav (Birth Anniversary Celebration). This decision was collectively taken by the entire Jain community of Delhi. The festival is scheduled to be held on March 31 at the Bhagwan Mahavir Memorial Hall in Delhi.

The program will commence at 9:00 am at the Bhagwan Mahavir Memorial Hall in New Delhi, where a large number of dignitaries from the Jain community are expected to be in attendance. During the ceremony, blessings and words of wisdom will be delivered by the learned disciples of Acharya Mahashraman. Union Minister for Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. Additionally, the list of distinguished guests will include Ravindra Singh Indrajit, Bansuri Swaraj, and Shyam Jaju. A thematic presentation will also be delivered during the event by Raja Banthia, Deputy Commissioner of the Delhi Police.

According to the organizers, Rajkumar Jain Oswal is being conferred with this honor in recognition of his significant contributions to social service, religious activities, and public welfare initiatives. Prominent among the organizers of this event are K.L. Jain (President, Bhagwan Mahavir Memorial Committee) and Dinesh Doshi (President, Jain Mahasabha, Delhi).

It is worth noting that 90-year-old industrialist Rajkumar Jain serves as the Chairman of Oswal Castings (Group of Industries) in Faridabad. His life stands as a harmonious blend of social service, religious faith, and outstanding achievements within the industrial sector. Through his active association with various national and international organizations, he has made substantial contributions to the fields of education, healthcare, religion, and social welfare. He has long played an active role across social, religious, and industrial spheres, bringing glory to the Jain community both within the country and abroad. Previously, he has been honored with accolades such as Shravak Ratna (1999, Palanpur), Samaj Ratna (2001, Faridabad), Jain Ratna (2004, Nagpura), Shasan Ratna (2005, Faridabad), Samanvay Saurabh (2014), Samanvay Setu Alankaran (2017, Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi), Delhi Gaurav Award (2024), Seva Ratna Award (2025), and Rotary Legacy Leader Award (2025).
