New Delhi. In this era of stress, digital overload, and emotional fatigue, a grand Shivyog program, ‘Rhythm of the Universe,’ focused on mental health, concluded on Friday at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi. Under the guidance of Shivyog Master Ishan Shivanand, the event witnessed a remarkable confluence of spiritual consciousness, music, and the balance of mental and emotional well-being.

Led by world-renowned mental health researcher and spiritual guide Acharya Ishan Shivanand, this global event saw approximately 6000 participants from India and 15 other countries experiencing collective mental peace and joy through bhajans, meditation, and rhythmic music.
Inspired by the ancient Indian Shivyog tradition, this event emerged as an advanced and scientific form of a traditional bhajan evening, where participants experienced deep mental relaxation and emotional balance through carefully selected sound frequencies, immersive soundscapes, and mindful meditation. The collective chanting and rhythmic music instilled mental fortitude and inner peace in the participants.

On this occasion, Dr. Ishan Shivanand said that in the Indian Sanatan tradition, music and meditation have been considered powerful tools for mental health, a fact that modern research is also confirming. His research and lectures on mental health and consciousness at top universities worldwide are proof that Sanatan yoga practices are becoming global solutions today.
‘Rhythm of the Universe’ witnessed remarkable participation from all age groups, especially the youth. Following this event, Acharya Ishan Shivanand will be giving initiation into Lalita Rudra Trishati Level-3 of the Shri Vidya Sadhana path to seekers at Yashobhoomi over the next two days.

Held at the Brahma Kamal Auditorium in Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, this event was not only a spiritual experience but also conveyed the message that the Indian Sanatan heritage has the power to lead a being from humanity to divinity and ultimately to Shivahood. The ‘Rhythm of the Universe’ program, which was successfully concluded with the participation of practitioners from India and abroad, emerged as a powerful example of the global impact of Indian yoga, music, and mental health.
