New Delhi: Laxmibai Nagar enjoys an excellent location and environment, with offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, metro connectivity and major markets in close proximity. Compared to the availability of essential resources for quality living, the residential complex faces relatively few issues, which can be resolved easily through collective support and cooperation of residents.
This was stated by Rajesh Meena, President of the Residents Welfare Association (RWA), while addressing residents during a General Body Meeting (GBM) held at the RWA office in the central government officials’ residential complex at Laxmibai Nagar.

Rajesh Meena informed that a detailed discussion was held in a meeting with concerned authorities a day earlier regarding cleanliness, adequate drinking water supply, proper lighting in lanes and pathways, and overall beautification of the complex. The officials were requested to extend the required support for timely improvement of these facilities.
The meeting was attended by RWA Vice President Ajay Priyadarshi, Secretary Binod Gupta, Treasurer Saumendra, nominated members Nageena Singh and Urmila, and Area Welfare Officer Ratnesh Bharti. Officials present included NDMC Assistant Engineer Mahendra Kumar and CPWD Assistant Engineers Mohit Mishra and Sudhir Kishore, along with their respective teams.

Earlier, RWA Secretary Binod Gupta shared the agenda of the meeting with residents, while Vice President Ajay Priyadarshi delivered the vote of thanks.
