ILSS Ashwani Hospital’s Dr Tanuj Paul Bhatia Demonstrates Live HoLEP Surgery at Prestigious International Conference in Ahmedabad

Faridabad : Faridabad-based urologist Dr Tanuj Paul Bhatia, Chairman of the Department of Urology at ILSS Ashwani Hospital, brought pride to Faridabad and the state of Haryana by demonstrating live HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of Prostate) surgery at a prestigious international urology conference titled “Advancements in Endourology”, held in Ahmedabad from 19th to 21st December 2025.

The conference was attended by over 700 urologists from India and across the globe and was organised by eminent senior urologist Dr Kandarp Parikh. Dr Bhatia shared the operating platform with global leaders in endourology, including Dr Fernando Gomez Sancha (Spain), internationally recognised as one of the pioneers of the HoLEP technique.

Other world-renowned urologists present at the conference included Dr Oliver Traxer (France), Dr Vineet Gauhar (Singapore) and Dr Saeed Bin Hmri (Saudi Arabia), making the meeting one of the most significant academic gatherings in endourology in recent years.
