New Delhi, 22 September 2025- Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, released the 4th and 5th volumes of selected speeches of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, covering June 2022–May 2023 and June 2023–May 2024.
The compilations, titled “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas”, have been published by the Publications Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Speaking at the event, the Vice President highlighted that under PM Modi’s leadership, India has achieved self-reliance in defence, space, electronics, and several other key sectors of social development. He underlined that a strong nation is built not only on power but also on character, unity, and inclusive growth. He further emphasized that initiatives like quality education, clean drinking water, accessible healthcare, poverty eradication, and climate action have positively transformed the lives of millions of Indians.


Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Railways, Electronics & IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw, praised the Prime Minister’s approach to politics as a medium of service, noting that his inclusive governance has brought transformative change across society. Vaishnaw added that the new compilations will serve as valuable reference material for researchers and scholars to study India’s developmental trajectory and PM Modi’s leadership style.

Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Harivansh, remarked on the Prime Minister’s exceptional communication skills and his ability to connect with people through well-crafted schemes and speeches. Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Sanjay Jaju, noted that the volumes provide authentic documentation of India’s governance model and offer readers insights into the country’s inclusive, reform-oriented agenda.

The 4th volume contains 88 speeches categorized into themes such as Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Government for the People, and Mann Ki Baat, reflecting the Prime Minister’s vision for a strong and prosperous India by 2047. The 5th volume includes 91 speeches covering areas such as G20 initiatives, Viksit Bharat @2047, Empowered Women, Prosperous Bharat, and Bharat and the World, emphasizing India’s empowerment, global role, and inclusive development.
The event was attended by Secretary to the Vice President Amit Khare, Principal Director General of the Publications Division Bhupendra Kainthola, Principal Director General of the Press Information Bureau Dhirendra Ojha, and other officials from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
