Faridabad, May 02, 2024: 11 Students of Manav Rachna Dental College (MRDC) participated in an esteemed academic exchange program at MAHSA University in Malaysia. During the program, the students underwent intensive clinical training and participated in hands-on experiences, enriching their skills and knowledge in dentistry on an international platform. An MoU was also signed between MRDC and MAHSA University for continuous learning opportunities for UG and PG students.
Under the mentorship of distinguished faculty members, students immersed themselves in a diverse spectrum of academic and clinical endeavors, including active participation in the MI-DENT 2024 Dentistry Conference hosted by MAHSA University. This immersive engagement afforded them invaluable insights into global dental practices and healthcare systems, facilitating a nuanced understanding of dentistry on an international scale.
Among the program’s notable highlights were the outstanding accolades earned by Dr. Lakshmi Prasad N, a second-year PG student in the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, who clinched the first prize in the Case Presentation Competition at the conference.
