The Impressive TimesFaridabad: DAV Police Public School hosted its prestigious Investiture Ceremony on Aug 14, 2024 for marking the formal induction of the student council for the academic year 2024-2025. The event commenced with the traditional lamp lighting by the Principal Madam, Hema Arora along with the school coordinators, symbolizing the triumph of knowledge over ignorance. Krish was appointed as the Head Boy, while Ananya Vyas was named the Head Girl. Saksham Ahlawat took charge as the Sports Captain. The newly elected leaders received their badges during the badge ceremony, followed by the solemn oath-taking, where they pledged to uphold the school’s values. The ceremony concluded with a cultural programme, drama on “The Horrors of Partition” to bring to light the agony, suffering and pain of millions of sufferers of partition and the National Anthem, inspiring all students to lead with integrity and dedication.
