DAV Police Public School Hosts Felicitation Ceremony to Honour Student Excellence

Faridabad 22 May, 2024 – DAV Police Public School in Faridabad recently held a well-attended felicitation ceremony “Symphony of Achievements” to acknowledge the remarkable achievements of its student body.  The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, who also serves as the distinguished Chairman of the school.

A dazzling exhibition of cultural acts opened the program. Students performed a lively dandiya dance, a melodious song, and an enthralling blend of Kathak and Bharatanatyam to display their artistic abilities. The chief guest praised the efforts of the students and teachers and commented that all the performances illustrated the school’s continuous commitment to offering a well-rounded education that supports extracurricular activities in addition to academic and athletic pursuits.

The highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of student excellence.  Accolades were bestowed upon the school’s accomplished athletes.  They were presented with tracksuits and medals, a tangible representation of their dedication and athletic prowess. Similarly, academic high achievers were duly recognized with certificates, scholarships and the distinguished honour of receiving school colour blazers. This recognition served as a significant motivator, not only for the students being celebrated, but for all those present, emphasizing the school’s dedication to rewarding diligence and academic excellence in all areas.

The Chief Guest, Commissioner of Police, Faridabad, addressed the students, teachers and parents and this address served as a source of inspiration for the students, encouraging them to continue on their path of learning and achievement.
