New Delhi : The nation is observing the death anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, a visionary leader and a source of ideological guidance for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). On this occasion, Union Home Minister Amit Shah paid heartfelt tributes to the leader, recalling his unwavering commitment to restoring the glory of Mother India. In a social media post, Mr. Shah highlighted Pandit Deendayal’s lifelong dedication to the nation and credited him for introducing the principle ofAntyodaya (welfare of the last person), which has had a lasting impact on Indian politics.
