Patna, November 2, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed massive public rallies in Arrah and Nawada on Sunday, unveiling the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) manifesto for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. The document emphasizes youth empowerment, job creation, and large-scale infrastructure development, including new airport terminals and additional Vande Bharat trains for the state.
The Prime Minister later led a grand roadshow in Patna, where thousands of supporters gathered along the route, performing traditional aartis and chanting slogans in support of the NDA. In his address, Modi criticized opposition parties such as the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress, accusing them of misgovernance and politicizing sensitive issues, including Operation Sindoor.
Opposition leaders responded sharply to the Prime Minister’s statements, defending their record and calling the NDA’s promises “repackaged.” Meanwhile, the absence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar from the Patna roadshow drew attention, fueling speculation about internal dynamics within the NDA ahead of the two-phase elections scheduled for November 6 and 11.
