Patna: The Patna Municipal Corporation’s Swachhata Awareness Team conducted a cleanliness awareness campaign at Elite Institute, Patna, inspiring students to actively participate in the Swachh Survekshan campaign. Dr. Neetu Kumari Navgeet, the brand ambassador of Patna’s Swachhata Awareness Campaign, emphasized the impact of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. She stated that the initiative has created awareness in every household, and even children now understand the importance of cleanliness.
She urged everyone to incorporate cleanliness into their daily lives and dedicate two hours every week to voluntary cleanliness efforts. Through folk songs, she conveyed the message of maintaining personal and community hygiene. Speaking on the occasion, Institute Director Amar Deep Jha highlighted that cleanliness enhances India’s dignity and prestige. He stressed that before achieving development, ensuring cleanliness is of utmost importance.
He encouraged students to follow cleanliness norms, as their active participation will lead to a cleaner environment everywhere. The campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, including Soumya Pathak, Aniket Kumar, Preeti Kumari, Kunal Jha, Harshit Kumar, Ayush Kumar, Himesh Kumar, Rashmi Kumari, Soumya Kumari, Prachi Kumari, Prince Kumar, Kumar Shubham, Ashutosh Kumar, Raunak Kumari, Ankit Kumar, Rohit Kumar, and hundreds of others.
