DC Palwal asks officials to Resolve Complaints on CM Window and Jansamvad Portal on Priority

Palwal, February 26, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Dr. Harish Kumar Vashisth held a review meeting on Wednesday at the District Secretariat Auditorium regarding complaints received on the CM Window and Jansamvad Portal and issued necessary instructions to officials. He directed departmental officers to resolve complaints on a priority basis and to ensure that updates are regularly posted on the portal without any negligence.

He emphasized that all complaints received on CM Window and Jansamvad Portal should be addressed immediately so that affected citizens receive timely relief. He instructed officials to take cognizance of complaints within 24 hours and ensure swift resolution. He reminded that all complaint portals are continuously monitored at the Chandigarh headquarters, and any negligence in handling complaints will not be tolerated.

Dr. Harish Kumar Vashisth also directed officials to ensure the effective implementation of essential services and government schemes within the stipulated time frame. He stressed that action taken reports (ATR) should be immediately updated on the designated portal after resolving complaints. He also reviewed department-wise pending complaints on the CM Window and instructed officials to expedite their resolution.

The meeting was attended by ADC Akhil Pilani, SDM Palwal Jyoti, SDM Hodal Balina, CEO Zila Parishad Apratim Singh, District Revenue Officer Balraj Singh Dangi, District Development & Panchayat Officer Upma Arora, along with other officials from the concerned departments.
