Delhi Police Retains No. 1 Rank on CCTNS Pragati Dashboard with 100% Score for Sixth Time
New Delhi, May 1, 2026 :Delhi Police has once again reaffirmed its leadership in technology-driven policing and data governance by securing the No. 1 position among all States and Union Territories on the CCTNS Pragati Dashboard by securing 100 % score. This is the sixth consecutive time that this feat has been accomplished by Delhi Police.
Delhi Police had earlier achieved a perfect score of 100% for three consecutive months — October, November and December 2025 and continued its top performance by securing 1st position in January and February 2026. Maintaining this exceptional consistency, Delhi Police has once again secured the 1st position in March 2026, thus demonstrating sustained excellence in digital policing and data management.
This achievement reflects the organization’s strong commitment towards the effective implementation of the Naveen Nyaya Sanhita and robust utilization of national e-Governance platforms under the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems (CCTNS) and the Inter-Operable Criminal Justice System (ICJS).
The Pragati Dashboard, monitored by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Crime Records Bureau, evaluates States and Union Territories based on the quality, quantity, timeliness, and accuracy of data across various national-level applications.
The assessment includes key parameters such as:
• Connectivity of Police Stations under CCTNS
• Disaster Recovery (DR) Centre establishment
• Data entry in Core Application Software modules
• Migration of legacy data
• Data synchronization at State Data Centre (SDC) and replication at National Data Centre (NDC)
• Electronic submission of FIRs to courts
• Citizen services through State Citizen Portal
• Regular ICJS review meetings
Consistently securing the top rank over multiple months is a testament to the operational efficiency, data discipline and strong coordination across all districts and units of Delhi Police.

The Crime Branch CCTNS Team played a pivotal role in achieving the top ranking by ensuring:
• Continuous monitoring of data quality and compliance
• Real-time coordination with districts and police stations
• Timely resolution of technical and procedural challenges
• Regular capacity-building and guidance
