Bhooth Bangla crosses ₹150 crore worldwide in 10 days, beats Sky Force lifetime haul

Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan’s horror-comedy shows strong second-week growth at the box office

MumbaiBhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar and directed by Priyadarshan, has crossed ₹150 crore at the worldwide box office within 10 days of its release, signalling a strong audience response to the horror-comedy entertainer.

According to the latest figures shared by the makers, the film has collected ₹150.05 crore globally so far. After a modest start, the film witnessed a surge in collections over the second weekend, earning ₹12.50 crore on Sunday and ₹10.75 crore on Saturday. Its domestic total now stands at ₹113.40 crore.

The film has also surpassed the lifetime earnings of Sky Force, which had collected ₹149 crore globally. With this milestone, Bhooth Bangla has become one of the top-performing horror-comedies in Hindi cinema, currently ranking as the sixth-highest-grossing film in the genre.

The film marks the reunion of Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan, a duo known for hit collaborations such as Hera Pheri and Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Backed by strong word-of-mouth and a family-friendly appeal, the film continues to draw audiences in its second week.

With sustained momentum, the film is now eyeing higher positions among Bollywood’s biggest horror-comedy hits in the coming days.
