New Delhi, Feb 25, 2025: The legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj continues to inspire generations, and as efforts to obtain UNESCO heritage status for 12 of his iconic forts gain momentum, the TriShUL Leadership Program took center stage on his Jayanti, receiving an overwhelming response from participants across India.
Organized by Bharat Ekam Sustainable Development Foundation, the TriShUL Leadership Program—Tri-impact Shivaji Uber Leadership Development Program—brought together thought leaders, scholars, and professionals to explore and imbibe the leadership attributes of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
The virtual workshop, held on February 19, 2025, saw enthusiastic participation of more than 200 participants from pan India. The participants included from corporate executives, bureaucrats, educationists, technocrats, and social leaders eager to integrate the strategic acumen, resilience, and visionary leadership of Shivaji Maharaj into modern governance, management, and personal development.

🔹 Sh. Pradeep Trimbak Rawat, Former MP & Trustee, Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, Pune, provided an in-depth analysis of Shivaji Maharaj’s governance model and its application in modern policymaking.
🔹 Sh. Prafulla Ketkar, Editor of Organiser (Weekly), delved into strategic communication inspired by Shivaji Maharaj, demonstrating its significance in contemporary leadership.
🔹 Prof. (Dr.) Kiran Hazarika, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Central University of Punjab, highlighted Shivaji’s leadership lessons for the education sector, emphasizing innovation and foresight.
🔹 Sh. Vikramsinha Mohite, a global expert on strategic management, decoded Shivaji Maharaj’s military tactics and strategic brilliance, showcasing their relevance in today’s leadership landscape.
🔹 Brahmacharini Amritaatmika, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri, conducted a session on stress management and resilience, drawing from Shivaji Maharaj’s mental fortitude.
