Revenue Minister Vipul Goel suspends two Naib Tehsildars

Chandigarh, December 31: Taking a strong stand against negligence in public service, Haryana Revenue Minister Sh. Vipul Goel has suspended two Naib Tehsildars with immediate effect. The action comes as part of the state government’s commitment to ensuring accountability and efficiency in governance, particularly in the functioning of the Revenue Department.

The suspended officials include Amit Kumar Yadav, Naib Tehsildar of Kadipur in Gurugram district, and Raghubir Singh, Naib Tehsildar of Satnali in Mahendergarh district. According to sources, the suspensions were prompted by the officials’ failure to fulfill their responsibilities, which led to public grievances and disruption of essential services.

While addressing the issue, Sh. Vipul Goel stated that all Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars across Haryana have been instructed to prioritize their work diligently to ensure that the public does not face any inconvenience. He stressed that the government will not tolerate negligence in service delivery and assured that strict action will be taken against any official found derelict in their duties.

The Minister further emphasized that the Haryana government is deeply committed to the welfare of its citizens and has launched numerous schemes and programs aimed at improving the lives of all sections of society. “It is the responsibility of government officers and officials to ensure that the benefits of these welfare schemes reach every eligible individual, including the last person in the queue,” Sh. Goel remarked.

He reiterated that efficient and transparent governance is critical to achieving the state’s development goals and ensuring that the common man reaps the benefits of government initiatives. The suspension of the two Naib Tehsildars sends a clear message to all government officials that negligence and inefficiency will not be tolerated.

This decisive action by the Revenue Minister underscores the Haryana government’s dedication to ensuring accountability in public service, reflecting its broader vision of building a transparent and citizen-centric administration.
