During the programme, citizens brought before the Chief Minister a range of issues related to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, police, education, social welfare, revenue and other departments. She sought detailed information from the concerned officials and directed them to ensure necessary action.

In one case, while addressing citizens who had approached her with a civic issue related to the Municipal Corporation, the Chief Minister instructed officials to review pending matters on a priority basis and ensure appropriate solutions. Taking the matter seriously, the Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to provide the required legal and administrative assistance so that justice could be ensured for the aggrieved person.
