Faridabad, 8 May, 2024- Etiquettes and Behaviour are essential skills which need to be imbibed and embraced by all who work in industry or office as a part of good learning ecosystem – said Mr.JP Malhotra President DLF Industries Association speaking at the opening of specially devised Training on Etiquettes and Self-improvement Behavioral skills held on 07th May 2024 at TAPDc Conference Hall conducted by very learned faculty Mr. Prateek Pathak.
Workplace behavior plays a crucial role in creating a harmonious and productive work environment which is the core strength of any Organisation if it has to give products and employment at a reasonable price and quality. Workplace Supervisors, Managers and the freshly recruited Apprentices should assume responsibility and willingly volunteer to help. The idea is to encourage participative work atmosphere said-Mr. JP Malhotra.
According to the Trainer Sh. Prateek Pathak, workplace etiquettes define individual’s behavior with colleagues in the office. We should show respect to fellow team member, improve Body language, Help colleagues who are struggling to meet deadlines, arrive on time to be punctual, participate in meetings, praise team member, Acknowledge and appreciate good work done. Even email communication in time are essential to show that your respect others.
Ms. Santosh, Head & Principal GITI Faridabad, in her advice to the participants said that Developments make you strong. Learn and Keep learning. It will help you stay positive under all circumstances. Accept the situation as it comes and be calm & happy. Future life ahead of you is important. Give 100% to every job that you do. Your work will always be appreciated. So is your body language. Good Morning and Thank you are magic words, Adopt good qualities in life. Do not hesitate to talk and be inquisitive.
Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hon’ble General Secretary thanked all the Organisations who deputed their representative to attend the Training. He advised the Apprentices to avoid stress and think positive all the times as far as possible. Mental tension results in negativity and affects your work output.
