Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel and MoS Rajesh Nagar paid tribute to Late P.R. Dhamija, participates in Health Check-up Camp

Over 300 people receive Free Health Check-ups in Faridabad

Faridabad, February 9: Haryana’s Urban Local Bodies Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel emphasized the significance of serving elders, stating that they are akin to a divine presence for families who respect and care for them. Speaking at a health camp organized on the death anniversary of Late P.R. Dhamija at the Sector 16 Community Hall, Vipul Goel expressed his admiration for Late P.R. Dhamija, recalling his blessings and influence over the past 40 years. He praised the Dhamija family for keeping his memory alive by organizing an annual medical camp, which not only honors his legacy but also serves the community.

Haryana’s Minister of State for Food and Supplies, Rajesh Nagar, also attended the event and congratulated the Dhamija family and Accord Hospital’s team for their efforts. He highlighted the importance of such initiatives in promoting social and family values. He commended the dedication of the organizers, stating that the large turnout reflected the trust people place in the camp. He paid floral tributes to Late P.R. Dhamija and congratulated the family and the Sector 16 Senior Citizens Welfare Society for their noble efforts.

The health camp, organized with the support of Accord Hospital, provided free medical check-ups to over 300 individuals. Advanced tests such as FibroScan (liver test) and Bone Mineral Density (BMD) tests, which help detect bone weakness, were conducted free of cost. Additionally, ECG, blood pressure, and blood sugar tests were also provided free of charge. Doctors from Accord Hospital examined the attendees and offered free medical consultations.

Several prominent personalities attended the event, including former Mayor Suman Bala, former Deputy Mayor Manmohan Garg, industrialists R.S. Gandhi and R.K. Chilana, Congress leader Lakhan Singla, Sumit Gaur, Satveer Dagar, Satyajit Bedi, retired IPS officer Ramesh Pal, BJP leaders Anil Pratap Singh and Rajan Mutreja, Pawan Khanna, Jugal Kishore, Arun Sharma and many other dignitaries were present. They all paid floral tributes to Late P.R. Dhamija and congratulated his family for keeping his legacy alive through this meaningful initiative.
