Regarding the low voter turnout in municipal elections, Vij remarked that “Elections are between two parties—one in power and the other in opposition. The opposition has completely collapsed. Our supporters came out to vote, but the opposition did not, which is why the voting percentage was low.”
On the Murder of a Congress Woman Worker in Rohtak, Anil Vij said that “The Government Took Swift and Serious Action, Arresting the Killer Within 24 Hours.” Responding to allegations made by Congress leader Bhupinder Hooda regarding the murder of a Congress woman worker in Rohtak, Vij countered that “The government acts with complete promptness and seriousness. The murderer was arrested within 24 hours. Hooda keeps making statements—it’s his habit, Vij added.”
“Flights to Various Cities Will Start from Ambala Cantonment Airport Once the Model Code of Conduct Is Lifted”- Anil Vij
Speaking about the domestic airport in Ambala Cantonment, Vij said that “The airport is ready. We expect flight services to commence as soon as the election model code of conduct is lifted. So far, four flight routes have been finalized: Ambala to Ayodhya, Ambala to Jammu, Ambala to Kashmir and Ambala to Lucknow.”
In response to a statement made by a Madhya Pradesh minister that “people have become accustomed to begging from the government,” Vij clarified that “He was referring to the trend of distributing freebies, which has become widespread. Many economists have also expressed concern about this issue, and that is what he was pointing towards.”

Commenting on concerns raised in the CAG report regarding the former Delhi government’s financial mismanagement, Vij stated that “Serious work is being done on this issue, and strict action will be taken against those who looted Delhi’s treasury.”
