The two ministers also discussed developing structured mobility frameworks that allow skilled professionals to access global opportunities while ensuring high standards of training, certification, and worker welfare. They stressed the importance of strengthening collaboration between vocational training institutions, enhancing trainer capacity, integrating language training for international mobility, and aligning skill standards with evolving global demands.
