The Impressive TimesNew Delhi | January 30- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta formally inaugurated a new Electric Receiving Sub Station (RSS) of the Delhi Metro at Park Street, adjacent to the Central Vista Project area, marking a significant step in bolstering the city’s metro power infrastructure. The commissioning of this advanced sub-station is expected to enhance the reliability and efficiency of power supply for metro services across key corridors.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chief Minister Gupta extended her felicitations to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and the teams involved in planning and executing the project. She highlighted the importance of modern, resilient power systems in ensuring the smooth operation of one of the capital’s most vital urban transport networks.
