New Delhi: Bihar Bhawan on Tuesday inaugurated its new canteen in the national capital, offering visitors, members of the Bihari diaspora and residents of Delhi-NCR an opportunity to savour authentic traditional cuisine from the state.

The facility was inaugurated by Bihar Bhawan Resident Commissioner Manoj Kumar Singh, who said the initiative aims not only to provide quality food but also to promote Bihar’s rich culinary heritage and cultural identity in the capital.

The canteen’s menu features a range of traditional Bihari dishes, including Litti Chokha, Sattu-based delicacies, Kadhi-Bhat, Dal-Bhat, seasonal vegetables and other regional specialities. Breakfast will be served from 8 am to 10 am, while lunch and dinner services will be available from 12 noon to 10 pm daily.

According to officials, the canteen is expected to become a destination for those seeking authentic Bihari flavours in Delhi.
