YEIDA conducted E-auction of eight institutional plots on Thursday for 37.12 crores

 Noida, 17 March 2023– The auction notice for institutional plots from Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) was published on 11th December 2023. The e-auction against this notice was held this Thursday 14th March. The e-auction was conducted under the guidance of CEO transparently. The reserve price of eight plots was Rs. 31.48 crores against which an amount of Rs.37.12 crores is stipulated to be received which is Rs. 5.65 crores over and above the reserve bid price. The CEO informed that an amount of Rs. 86 crores would be allocated to develop these eight institutional plots and surrounding areas. He informed that once these projects are started, more than 600 people would be benefitted with the employment. This would speed up the development of YEIDA.
It was informed that against the 6 plots earmarked for nursing homes, the authority received 14 applications, while there were 14 applicants against a single plot offered for corporate office. He further informed that only one application was received against the single plot allocated for senior secondary school. The largest area out of all these 8 plots is that of the site for senior secondary school spread over 2.5 acres, 10115 square meters to be specific. The allotment of this plot went in favour of M/s Subhash Infraengineers Pvt. Ltd. while the plot for corporate office went to M/s Flux Capital Pvt. Ltd… The bid for this plot was more than double the reserve price
