D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad Report on No नशा Nation Campaign

Faridabad :The DAV movement serves as the educational and moral backbone of our nation. Serving the nation for over a century, the institutions of DAV have nurtured generations of Indians with knowledge, discipline and a deep sense of national pride. As the nation faces an alarming rise in drug abuse among the youth, the DAV community has once again taken cudgels to lead the way in social transformation. Under the guidance of the visionary President of the DAVCMC,  Punam Suri Ji, this prestigious organisation has launched a ‘No नशा Nation Campaign’ to eliminate this menace. The Arya Yuva Samaj, under the dynamic leadership of Shri. Yogi Suri Ji, National President has spearheaded the national drive to combat this threat.

On 15 November, 2025, D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad convened a Principals’ Meet of the Haryana region, reaffirming DAV’s commitment towards the goal. The session was graced by Yogi Suri Ji, National President, Arya Yuva Samaj, V.K. Chopra Ji, Director – Public Schools, DAV College Managing Committee, . Satyapal Arya Ji, Secretary DAVCMC, Dr. Anoop Kumar, National Coordinator, Colleges and Dr. Vikram, Coordinator Colleges, Haryana and the Principals of D.A.V Public Schools pan Haryana. The event began with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the esteemed luminaries and the Host School Principal, Ms. Deepti Jagota.

In its endeavour to build a drug-free India, DAV and Arya Samaj family will regularly hold hawans and unified awareness activities in public spaces, to raise consciousness and reaffirm its founding ideals – to educate, enlighten and eradicate the social evils destroying the delicate fabric of the society. The campaign  which will commence Pan Haryana on 7^th December will be a joint effort among the students, parents, citizens and authorities to pledge towards a better and stronger India.
