“Bombay High Court Questions Maharashtra Police: ‘Why Was Second Girl’s Statement Not Recorded?’ in Badlapur School Sexual Abuse Case”

Maharashtra : The Bombay High Court has taken suo motu cognisance of the disturbing case involving the sexual assault of two girls at a school in Badlapur, Maharashtra.
