Mumbai , 7 July 2024 :- Gurucharan Singh, renowned for his role as Roshan Singh Sodhi in the TV show *Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah* (TMKOC), has returned to Mumbai after going missing in April. The actor was seen at the Mumbai airport with his pet dog and interacted with paparazzi, addressing questions about his potential return to TMKOC and the status of his pending payment from the show’s producers.

Dressed in a floral shirt and black pants, Gurucharan mentioned that most of the pending payments had been cleared, though he was unsure about some specifics. When asked about contacting his co-stars, he said his phones were currently switched off but assured that he would reach out once they were back on. Regarding his return to TMKOC, he responded, “God knows. Rab jane. Mujhe kuch nahi pata hain. Jayse hi pata chalega, aapko bataunga (God knows, I don’t know anything. As soon as I get to know, I will tell you guys).”

Gurucharan had gone missing on April 22, when he was scheduled to fly from Delhi to Mumbai but did not board the flight. A kidnapping case was filed by the Delhi Police after his father, Hargit Singh, lodged a missing persons complaint. The actor returned home on May 18, nearly a month later. Following his return, DCP South West Delhi, Rohit Meena, informed the media that Singh was dealing with personal issues and had embarked on a “spiritual journey”.
