Ranchi: Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren on Friday received a delegation from the Brahma Kumaris at his office in the Jharkhand Assembly, where the members extended Raksha Bandhan greetings by tying a sacred Rakhi and conveyed a message of purity, love, brotherhood and harmony.

The delegation, led by Brahma Kumari Nirmala Ji, Director of the Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, along with Indu Sabu, Pradeep Kumar and Sunaina Kumari, met CM and highlighted the spiritual and cultural significance of the holy month of Shravan and the festival of Raksha Bandhan. They also prayed for the peace, prosperity and well-being of the people of Jharkhand.

CM Hemant Soren thanked the delegation for their greetings and appreciated the Brahma Kumaris for their continued efforts in promoting moral, spiritual and positive life values in society. He said such initiatives play an important role in strengthening social harmony and human values.
