Faridabad : Modern School, Sector 17, Faridabad, successfully organised Tarkshila MUN 1.0, the institution’s first-ever Model United Nations Conference, on 23–24 October 2026.

Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad. Their presence added distinction to this academic initiative, which celebrated diplomacy, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and student leadership.
Featuring seven dynamic committees, Tarkshila MUN 1.0 provided delegates with a platform to engage in meaningful deliberations through UNCSW (United Nations Commission on the Status of Women), UNGA–DISEC (United Nations General Assembly – Disarmament and International Security Committee), AIPPM (All India Political Parties Meet), UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council), UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme), IP (International Press), and IPL (Indian Premier League).

Beyond debate, the conference fostered critical thinking, public speaking, negotiation, diplomacy, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. It encouraged delegates to conduct in-depth research, engage respectfully with diverse perspectives, draft resolutions, and develop practical solutions to complex challenges. Through engaging committee sessions, meaningful interactions, and shared experiences, Tarkshila MUN 1.0 provided an enriching platform for young minds to grow into informed, confident, and responsible leaders.
