During the interaction, the Chief Minister directed the concerned authorities to take prompt and appropriate action on the grievances and ensure that the issues are addressed within the required timeframe.
Reaffirming the Delhi Government’s focus on citizen-centric governance, Gupta said that every representation reflects the trust and expectations of the people.
She emphasised that the government is committed to ensuring that every citizen is heard with dignity and that effective and timely governance reaches those in need.
The Chief Minister further stressed the importance of responsive administration and directed officials to remain attentive to public concerns and work towards their timely resolution.
